Walaa is an RD‑eligible nutritionist and health educator with more than a decade of experience helping individuals manage chronic diseases through evidence‑based nutrition care. She specializes in therapeutic meal planning, menu creation, and personalized dietary counseling that supports heart health, diabetes management, mobility‑related needs, and other chronic conditions. Her work includes conducting virtual nutrition assessments, developing and adjusting nutrition intervention plans, and providing ongoing follow‑up to ensure patients meet their health goals. She also coordinates monthly grocery orders through approved vendors to ensure clients receive the therapeutic foods outlined in their care plans. With a strong background in community health, maternal‑child nutrition, and wellness coaching, Walaa is known for her empathy, clarity, and ability to translate complex nutrition science into simple, actionable steps that support long‑term well‑being.

Robin Otto

Robin is a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Dementia Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience supporting older adults and their families living with chronic neurodegenerative conditions. She partners with care teams to strengthen dementia care programs, improve workflows, and develop person-centered strategies that enhance coordination and communication across clinical and community settings.
